  What is an 0845 number?

  An 0845 number allows you to call you from any BT landline in the UK and only pay the   cost of a local call. They are free to call for BT Anytime users.

  Why should I use Telenumbers and not another provider?

  Other companies will charge you for all incoming calls received on your 0845 number,     on top of a service charge. BT charge you £120 per annum, plus 3.84p per minute on     calls. We simply charge a one-off set up fee and a low, inclusive annual service fee.

  What if I move location?

  Simply give us a call and we will re-direct your 0845 number. Many companies charge   for this but we will provide this service at no extra cost.

  What happens to my current telephone number?

  0845 numbers simply re-direct to your existing number, they do not replace it, so any   customers unaware of your new number will still be able to contact you.

  Will I need to install any equiptment?

  Not at all. Your 0845 number will be fully functional with your existing lines and
  telephone equiptment.
